- Prosecco is a white wine grape that’s grown primarily in the eastern part of the Veneto region. Prosecco’s made into lightly sparkling (frizzante), fully sparkling (spumante) and still wine. The Il Follo Prosecco is fruity yet dry with tones of white peaches, lime and minerals.

2008 Domaine Sainte-Eugenie Rose, Corbieres    7.50 gls / 29.00btl
-As far as pinks go there are few better. This lively, beautifully colored Rose made from Cinsault is a very fine, persistent food wine. Wild strawberries and black pepper, delish!

2007 Bastianich Friulano, Colli Orientali del Friuli    10.00 gls / 39.00 btl 
-Aromatic of wildflowers, fresh-mown grass, hazelnuts and lemon zest, this beautiful dry white comes from hillside vineyards located in the northeast corner of Italy.  Made by Joe Bastianich and his famous mother, Lydia, it’s delightfully fresh and flavorful; delicious with seafood and light pasta creations.

2007 Prima Pinot Noir, Hirsch Vineyard, Sonoma Coast    15.00 gls / 59.00 btl
- We got to use some of David Hirsch’s best barrels when we went up the coast to make wine for the restaurant. Hirsch Vineyard is located about 4 miles east as the crow flies, up at 1,500 feet over looking Fort Ross. Great aromatics with flavors of raspberry, red apple skin and a hint of citrus.
